The process of making a soccer ball consists of the following key steps:
Design and material selection:

Design: Firstly, according to the usage of soccer ball (such as match ball, training ball or children's ball) and customer's demand, determine the size, weight, appearance pattern of the soccer ball.
Material Selection: Choose high-quality raw materials, such as synthetic leather (PU, PVC, etc.), natural leather (Genuine leather), rubber or foam, etc., as the shell material of the soccer ball; at the same time, choose suitable lining materials and stitching to ensure the durability and comfort of the soccer ball.
Making the shell:

Cutting and sewing: the selected shell material is cut into hexagonal or pentagonal panels of the appropriate size and sewn together using high-quality stitching to form a complete ball shape.
BONDING OR HOT PRESSING: In some manufacturing processes, adhesives or hot pressing techniques may be used to hold the panels together to improve the durability and water resistance of the soccer ball.
Filling the inner liner:

INSERT MAKING: Creating an insert made of rubber or foam, which provides the basic shape and elasticity of the soccer ball.
INFLATING: The liner is placed inside the shell and inflated through an air valve to achieve the desired hardness and elasticity.
Quality check:

Appearance check: check whether the appearance of the soccer ball is neat, whether the pattern is clear, whether the stitching is firm, etc.
Performance test: test the soccer ball for weight, size, elasticity, waterproof performance, etc. to make sure it meets the relevant standards and customers' needs.
Packaging and transportation:

Packaging: Put the quality-checked soccer ball into appropriate packaging to protect it from damage during transportation.
Transportation: Deliver the packed soccer ball to the location specified by the customer to complete the whole production process.
Through the above steps, a high quality soccer ball is made. Different brands and manufacturers may have some unique manufacturing processes and quality control methods, but the overall process is more or less the same.
